@AmazonHelp It didn't work. Why don't you follow what I say. Instead of making me repeat same dilemma again xant you just hear the recording, which I have continuously repeated and your team kept saying this won't happen.

Not sure if @amazonIN has customer support staff or customer torture staff. It's been years I have been raising an issue with them that Deliveries happen at Society gate without informing. But leaving package unattended is Amazon's policy.

@AmazonHelp It took me back to products page and not any contact form. Secondly it then asks me to chat Or call customer care which I have done several times this whole month. Can you just go and check the past recordings of my calls instead of again making me go through same torture?

@AmazonHelp You are pushing me in Round Robin. This same team has been assuring since years that the problem will be solved and it won't repeat but each time the delivery agent just throws the package at society gate and go away without informing.

I guess I should stop using @amazonIN

All my orders are thrown at society gate and check the series of complaints. Even as I write now, I am returning from treasure hunt searching for my package. There is one more package which is to be delivered today. Don't expect any improvement

@amazonIN Why do you even have customer support which instead of supporting keeps saying they don't have the option to do it? Why do you have Feedback option when you don't bother to even respond? Why do you have delivery agents who don't deliver at doorstep?

@amazonIN Why don't you rename Amazon Prime as Amazon Prime Frustration? You Customer Care Team should be renamed as Customer Torture team. Even after 4 calls they keep saying will call back. It's been a week. You don't update delivery status and so block return.

I hope for you UX is not just beautiful screens. Else who reviewed this design? Your new app is confusing. It first scares me by showing bill pending for already paid bill and then even when the bill is paid, it is asking me to pay again. Who is the UX designer?
