Certain things like an audio driver can cause stuttering for no reason. Thats not user error. Thats just an inherent flaw with PCs. Ive been building PCs for decades. Its not all rainbows.

@Materacky1 @MLB Cap should be lower. The mound needs to be pushed back at least 5 feet. Velocity keeps getting higher and it's killing the game. The season also needs to be way shorter to make the quality of games go up.
