@amazonIN Laptop exchange is completely FRAUD.
The delivery agents just mark the product as undeliverable/denied for delivery and you never receive your order.
Happened twice with me.
Closing my Prime account and never ordering from Amazon again.

First @cromaretail sold me a PS5 console who’s serial number is not matching with the Croma invoice and on other hand the Disk Drive of PS5 is not accepting discs.
Got scammed by Croma.

@cromaretail Despite waiting for more than 15 days now and multiple follow-ups, I have not received any resolution on the issue of serial number mismatch.
With loss of all the hope from Croma, I’m proceeding with registration of a complaint at the National Consumer Helpline/Consumer Court.

I think Croma does not understand that it is illegal to sell a product with serial number mismatch on the invoice
