@IntrCity Disappointing bus service. Delayed by 2+ hours, and the charging point wasn’t even working. Please don’t mislead customers by promising facilities you can’t provide.

Regarding service request R15022626589377, my experience -extremely disappointing. Service team couldn’t answer basic queries on charges. The caller refused to share basic identity details, raising fraud concerns. Service was rescheduled without my request.

@LGIndia Pathetic service by LG team. Filed complaint for water leakage issue in mud June. They came for rectification. Did some temporary arrangement. Since then, water leakage has happened 2 times.
@LGIndia LG personnel called me . As per him, LG ACs have common problem of water leakage in monsoon, if we dont run on dry mode.
He ended up cancelling the request without visiting my home. Nobody wants to resolve the issue cutting corners. Surely LG is worst brand to associate with.
@AJIOLife Unpleasant experience with Ajio. During checkout,app was showing discount for Relianceone points . On payment failure (due to tech issues), all the points vanished. Now , when I am trying to order, there’s no points showing up.

@amazonIN Unpleasant experience with Amazon India. Return request for my order got rejected twice. On calling with call centre, they connected me to specialist team that assured return by 11th Dec. But till date no action has been taken…
@AmazonHelp First of all no resolution was done. Only recieved a mail from Social media team (Tejaswini). She promised resolution by 13th Dec. Nothing happened. When I followed up, I received a mail that I will be contact on 6 hrs. Again there was no call recieved. @amazonIN@amazon
