@RBLBankCares my credit card was to be rewarded with 8000 pts.Despite of raising this issue on ur helpline mail several times, nothing has been done till now.Also my credit limit has been decreased to 10k despite of making all the payments within due time. Fix this ASAP

@RBLBankCares I am really disappointed with your services. Day before yesterday i tweeted issue with rewards point in credit card but rather solving the issue i got a message stating the credit card limit has been lowered inspite of paying the full bills on time.
