@IndiGo6E flight from Delhi came without the luggage of half the passengers! Belt failure in Delhi airport, but took their staff a good 6.5 hours to recognize this, waited 2 hours after landing, for the bag with the staff not bothering to inform or keep themselves updated.

It has been 15 hours since there isn't electricity and @NammaBESCOM has zero liability. The division office number doesn't work, BESCOM AE claimed 10 minutes electricity will be back at 10am, but no sign of it. Most numbers don't work, division hasn't told what the issue is.
