I told I have been charged ₹470.2 Rs every week since March, and even after closing everything, still being charged that amount right now. You have stolen ₹3.7k without permission and now nobody wants to respond. The mail said it would be solved in 12 hours, it’s been 7 DAYS

January, and told I only approved and tried to scam me. Later once I told that the recording was from January, they just closed the ticket. Now, I raised another ticket telling if I approved, show me the evidence, and even if something was running, I made sure to stop everything
