This happened in front of my family over a simple request to correct a mistake. We weren’t yelling or threatening anyone.

When I asked about the order we’d already paid for, we were simply told to “call corporate.”

This isn’t about $10. It’s about how we were treated.

@SushmaSwaraj @PMOIndia Election card, pan card and Aadhaar in the absence of annexure b. Don't know why agents at PSK Ambala didn't know this and asked us to leave. We have a return flight in 10 days. I am going to try it again tomorrow. Not sure if I'll find any luck though.SOS

@SushmaSwaraj @PMOIndia because of not having Annexure B. We cant find a bureaucrat who can sign and provide a verification for us required for Tatkal. I spoke to an agent over the passport helpline at 1800 258 1800 who told us not to worry and take
