@dhgate apparently it’s my fault that the item I purchased did not have any size label and it’s my fault that the seller did not read the message before they sent it out. I did everything they asked for yet I’m at fault ….. avoid using DHgate

@dhgate I ordered a package back on 11/3/25. The package was delivered 11/18/25 to the incorrect address. I reached out the seller, the courier and your dispute team. Now I am being told go to some randomly home ask for my package 3weeks later ugh HELL NO. #refund me

@dhgate I’m extremely disappointed with DHgate. There’s no real support, no working contact, and their chat agents are useless. They protected the scammer who sold to me and even blocked my negative review. DHgate encourages dishonest sellers and offers zero help to buyers.Avoid

Be aware ordering anything from this @dhgate website. I had several orders that went well but the first time an item didn’t show. The seller refused a refund then DH gate wanted “proof” lol there is a tracking number that clearly shows it was seized by customs for a fake label.
