Submitted an incident report to @British_Airways customer relations on 18/01 4 weeks later still nothing. CEO sends out a blanket email about improvements 2 services, cannot see any. Given numbers to call only to be cut off after hours of waiting. #CustomerService #britishairways

@British_Airways Hi I submitted an incident report on the 18th Jan and not heard anything since. It is a very straightforward incident with all the information so not sure why it is taking so long. We are looking at booking flights but can not until this sorted.

@BellaNamkan @MetroFestUK They are apparently saying the max you can cash out is £100 absolute scam as no one mentioned this. And there were no signs when topping up!

@MetroFestUK Are bunch of scammers acts do not show up. Don't give cash on wristbands back. Limit the amount cash you can get back even though no mentioned there was a limit. #scam #metrofest
