Posted a job for my company 4 months ago. ~1700 applications. 25 vacancies. I hired only 4. I personally read every single resume. 99.53% of the resumes were AI generated trash. The remaining 0.47% were actually qualified. 4 rejected me. I hired the other 4.

Sir, on your visit to Orgadam industrial park, please travel on Oragadam-Tamabram highway and take a look at the road status. It's a 6 lane highway but only 4 lanes are usable and that too filled with potholes. Causing heavy traffic congestion and accidents.
