@TheCriticalDri2 I grew up loving star wars, my love of it literally took me from being bairly being able to read to reading all day every day going from see dick run to Splinter of the Minds Eye in 1 day. These days SW only pisses me off. They couldn't have wrecked it more if they tried.

@renobelk Yep, it also limits your ability to get new job: I can put in my resume "saved company $750k" pulling back unused switch ports thus we needed fewer switches in our closets. I also try and make the new hard system of the day more accessible with automation and documentation.

@Emirage6 Cisco has the devnet lab, I haven't used it in a long time, but you can build cloud network gear you can use for free. I think they have labs now.

I come from a network background and cli holds a dear place in my heart, but automation and cicd imo are the way of the future. I am hoping vendors start giving us api for this stuff so we can stop screen scrapping
