Ordered ac and it's delivered on 21st April and installation planned on 25th April. But they rescheduled to 29th April themselves and still now they didn't show up. In flipkart app also help window is useless. Is this is the service quality of @flipkartsupport @Flipkart

@flipkartsupport @flipkartsupport still you are checking the issue ? It's been 15 days and installation SLA is 2 to 5 days. You are clearly breaching SLA and not keeping up the promise . I need to return the product

@flipkartsupport You are following for 15 days without resolution ? SLA for installation is 2 to 5 days. If it doesnt happen customer should be able to return the product right ? Also I am waiting for 15 mins in a call from customer service just to drop off automatically @flipkartsupport
