@BBCNews @British_Airways statement made on BBC website is absolute outright lie. As a passenger who's flight was cancelled today there was zero assistance from @British_Airways other than directing all passengers to online claims and rebook your own flights/travel. Absolute joke

@British_Airways I do not understand how such a catastrophic IT system error can happen in this day and age. 90% of European flights were cancelled today, and there was no help from BA whatsoever to help rebook/manage etc and no access to baggage. A total sham!!

@CostaCoffee Today, we received the most appalling service from Edgware Broadwalk Costa staff. We ordered 3 decaffeinated cappuccinos in-store. What we received was 3 normal cappuccinos instead of decaf. The staff were rude and obnoxious and refused to rectify the order
