IRCTS returns the money of those who did not get the ticket. It can keep a buffer/WL candidates and return their money after the train travels in case their ticket is not confirmed. IRCTC can enjoy interest on the coupon money for 3mths which no one should object to. (5/6)

@JioCinema subscription for one device at a time should mean one device can play content at a time. In your case subscription shows on only one device but other loggedin devices dont show subscription! What is this confusion? Please correct and follow Netflix or Prime standards
