इन आयुर्वेदिक उपायों से करें अपने शरीर के महत्वपूर्ण अंगों की सफाई

1. लिवर की सफाई के लिए:
20 ग्राम काली किशमिश और 1 ग्लास पानी लेकर मिक्सर में जूस बनाकर सुबह खाली पेट 15 दिनों तक सेवन करें। इससे लिवर की सफाई होती है।

2. किडनी की सफाई के लिए:
40 ग्राम हरा धनिया और 1 ग्लास पानी मिलाकर मिक्सर में पीसें और सुबह खाली पेट सेवन करें। यह उपाय 10 दिनों तक करने से किडनी की सफाई होती है और किडनी स्वस्थ रहती है।

3. हार्ट की सफाई के लिए:
60 ग्राम अलसी को मिक्सर में पीसकर सुबह-शाम खाली पेट 10-10 ग्राम की मात्रा में सेवन करें। यह उपाय 1 महीने तक करने से हृदय स्वस्थ रहता है।

4. दिमाग की सफाई के लिए:
8 बादाम और 2 अखरोट लेकर रात को 1 ग्लास पानी में भिगोकर सुबह खाली पेट सेवन करें। यह उपाय 2 महीनों तक करने से दिमाग को पूरी तरह से जहरमुक्त किया जा सकता है।

5. फेफड़ों की सफाई के लिए:
2 चम्मच शहद, 1 चम्मच नींबू का रस, और 1 चम्मच अदरक का रस मिलाकर सुबह खाली पेट सेवन करें। इससे बिड़ी, सिगरेट, गुटखा या तंबाकू के कारण फेफड़ों को हुए नुकसान में सुधार होता है। यह प्रयोग करीब 20 दिनों तक करना है।

प्राकृतिक उपचारों के माध्यम से शरीर को निरोगी बनाया जा सकता है!
