I had a deal wrapped up under PSA (I was the buyer) and the seller called to try to renegotiate price 2 weeks before closing. He was an older guy that owned these 120 units for years. I asked him "Are you doing this because you are bored and have nothing to do?" He admitted that was why. The guy simply had nothing else to do.
