Political differences, we can understand. But laughing at and participating in a derogatory, insulting act about the Prime Minister’s late mother is not politics, it is a failure of your upbringing.

When political opposition reaches a point where someone’s departed mother becomes a subject of mockery, the question is no longer about political ideology. It is about values, sensitivity and basic human decency.

What kind of politics celebrates an insult to a deceased mother? What happened to the most basic lessons of respect?

307 kg single shipment of high-value leather goods, manufactured by us for one of the largest financial institutions in the world, was held at Kolkata customs for physical inspection.

They physically opened 5 of the 17 cartons to "inspect".

And this is not a one-time instance. I am certain this continues to happen with many exporters. Chemicals, pharma, textiles, etc. Please, please comment if you've been/going through this tunnel as well.

Ours, after all, are simple leather goods. Can Indian customs assure that none of these goods was retained during this "inspection"?

I bring USD to India. Through back-to-back e-commerce orders and customised high-value shipments. We aspire to compete with Montblanc and Cartier. How do we do that when our consignments are held up for days at Indian customs during exports (even barring this particular 307 kg shipment)?

गौरव पिछले 7/8 साल से Policybazaar के ज़रिए ली गई Niva Bupa पॉलिसी का प्रीमियम भर रहे हैं।

पिछले साल उन्हें पैनक्रियाटाइटिस डिटेक्ट हुआ।

एलोपैथिक की बजाय आयुर्वेदिक इलाज चुना, उत्तराखंड के रुद्रापुर में 21 दिन एडमिट रहे।

डिस्चार्ज से पहले ही कंपनी को कॉल करके बता दिया था, Policy Bazar केयर मैनेजर से मांगा तो 5 दिन तक कोई जवाब नहीं आया।

सारे डॉक्यूमेंट्स दिए

इन्वेस्टिगेशन रिपोर्ट्स, डिस्चार्ज समरी, बिल्स भी टाइम पे भेजे, क्लेम रजिस्टर हुआ, वेरिफिकेशन टीम घर भी आई।

फिर भी 30 से 32 दिन बाद क्लेम रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया।

रीजन दिया गया कि जस्टिफाई नहीं कर पाए हॉस्पिटल क्यों नहीं गए।

जबकि पॉलिसी में साफ लिखा है, 24 घंटे एडमिट होने पर आयुष ट्रीटमेंट (आयुर्वेदिक/यूनानी/होम्योपैथिक/नेचुरोपैथी) कवर है।

बार बार वही डॉक्यूमेंट्स मांगे गए, 20+ मेल किए गए, ग्रीवेंस पोर्टल पे 4 बार क्लेम रीकंसीडर डाला गया, अब बीमा लोकपाल में कंप्लेंट है।

2 लाख का खर्चा, हर महीने 19 हज़ार की मेडिसिन और महीनों से सिर्फ मेंटल हैरासमेंट मिल रहा है।

Policybazaar के एजेंट खुद कहते हैं हम सिर्फ दलाल हैं, क्लेम अप्रूवल से हमें मतलब नहीं।

8 साल का भरोसा, एक जेन्युइन क्लेम के लिए इतनी हैरासमेंटयही है।

मैं दो बार और भी इनके लिए आवाज़ उठा चुका हूं, कंपनी वाले मैसेज कर देते हैं कि काम हो जाएगा लेकिन अभी तक कोई काम नहीं हुआ।

“You are right. It is misleading. The front of the pack must reflect the true nature of the product. We are working on this issue. No one should mislead consumers. If someone is saying “pomegranate juice”, then it should have at least 10% of the major ingredient in the product.”

My point of view:
“These brands have been selling such products for many years. FSSAI is now thinking about this issue only because people started raising it widely.

It took FSSAI so many years just to realise that selling cashew almond biscuits with only 0.9% in them is misleading.”
