Apr 24
but its 27th now 
and still no sign of it
when i try to raise a ticket , 
it says 
" Open ticket already exist for this category. Please wait, it will be addressed shortly."

Apparently choosing to use @DTDCIndia is the biggest mistake a person can make
.
My package was supposed delivered within 3 days
It has my documents and clothes which i needed urgently.
The tracking said it was
DTDC whitefield holds package
Doesn't attempt any delivery

I paid a large sum of money to get my package under 3 days by flight
From North East to Bangalore
but all I get is a bunch of fuck yous from the DTDC team
Is it even a functioning team?

They don't even have phone numbers there
Now it's 10 dec
After 2 queries and 1 time reaching out
The package update is still unknown
Worst experience I had with a parcel service

I should have checked reviews in google maps , many of the users expressed the same frustration i am suffering.
They raise query and then boom
Radio silence
My package left my origin at 3 December
kept updating until 6 December where it showed out for delivery at 9 pm at
