Your support team has found a hack to close customer complaints.
They will call you for your query and then put the call on hold and then disconnect the call after a few minutes. And then they will close the complaint marking resolved. No quality check.

I am highly disappointed with my recent order of Fortune Chakki Atta from Flipkart Grocery. To my shock, I found a small chunk of a broken bangle mixed in the flour! This is incredibly dangerous – just imagine if someone had consumed it unknowingly.
This expectation of returning to Kanpur just to submit the tickets is unreasonable and inconvenient. If submitting the physical tickets was necessary, it should have been done on the day of the match when we were present at the venue.

This expectation of returning to Kanpur just to submit the tickets is unreasonable and inconvenient. If submitting the physical tickets was necessary, it should have been done on the day of the match when we were present at the venue.

On the day of match we visited @bookmyshow desk there was no one when match called off.
