@RanvirShorey@IndiGo6E@DGCAIndia Indigo is one of the worst airlines. They treat passengers like animal. I had a recent bad experience. In western world, this airlines would have been closed or fined heavily the way they fleece money out of passengers.
@RanvirShorey@IndiGo6E@DGCAIndia Good to see this mistreatment and mismanagement got some attention. Nevertheless INR1.2 Cr fine to @IndiGo6E is not going to mitigate trauma and tribulations this airlines to thousands of passengers every day. Bad karma of this airline staff haunted them.

Their even customer service staff are so awful, in country like USA, there would be severe legal actions and issues would have been heard in US
