@r1ndie Holy larp. Apollo was literally voted last. People knew Graves was a summoner so that at least enticed people, but nobody was praising her for her design

[David @dhkatz_]

@SpaceCat998 @coah80 Me when I have no idea how OpenID or auth works in general

[David @dhkatz_]

@emirura02013643 @glproductions @kirbyalt45 @metakiII This is a good point but it’s easily corrected with adversarial agents

[David @dhkatz_]

@DexyIV @IntelDeadlock Google Maps business activity is public information

[David @dhkatz_]

@PikminGuts92 I don’t even know why Clone Hero is the most cited example. It’s not even developed anymore and feels like unpolished crap compared to YARG even. Stage Tour is the reason why all this new hardware can even exist in the long term again

@BjarkeEbert @notinheritable @schteppe I don't think languages that aren't already in the same toolchain as C++ can interop OOTB w/ STL. Those that do are doing codegen to create wrappers (Rust w/ autocxx/bindgen, Python w/ pybind11). There is CppSharp, not super built out for the STL. Swift is an exception to this.

[David @dhkatz_]

@BjarkeEbert @notinheritable @schteppe Why do you think it’s not fast? Also interop is dead simple. You can consume basically any library in seconds

[David @dhkatz_]

@Connor973245 @SkinSpotlights Show proof that this has happened to a single legitimate user

[David @dhkatz_]

@asicsopied @ermanekiyo Yeah any server is dying at anything over like 80 players in Source

[David @dhkatz_]

@ARGDlive @thebestfirelord @s8box Again, it’s internal moderation by real people. So, no.

[David @dhkatz_]

@taitan_thx I went to the blooming concert last year and I thought it was very strange they did not allow any filming at all at any point. Here in the US you could not stop people if you tried, people want to capture parts of the experience they paid for 🤷‍♂️

[David @dhkatz_]

@krunalbuilds @CaptainInsightX Thank you ChatGPT

[David @dhkatz_]

@doneoui @Zer0Enigma The fact that you’re happy with a 2.5 hour commute to begin with is sad. That isn’t normal

[David @dhkatz_]

@Jaiydanimate Are you a software engineer? I don’t think you understand how AI is used in the field. Almost every company provides AI assisted coding and agents as TOOLS to help you work, not to do your job for you. When you use the tool correctly it can greatly speed up many tasks.

[David @dhkatz_]

@SirDarfsAlot @RRobecuba @theblessedsalt @CathBibliophile @RobertWeidner11 You’re missing the points. The grain of sand also has its own gravitational pull. Even if it’s very (x100) small.

[David @dhkatz_]

@UnbeknownstDude @YIMBYman No you’re not. You just think you are

[David @dhkatz_]

@TsuruRoach I saw at least a few people break theirs in VIP section of LA day 1

[David @dhkatz_]

@MrTeaThyme @ilikeburgers87 @MMatt14 I don't think this is true anymore. You definitely used to have to do this but recent installations I was able to just immediately start using winget now.
