@hecenmo@theclearhead@ChrisChavez What does that even mean? 1:55 was her level months ago when she was losing to Werro by 2 seconds. Now she runs 1:55 in a championship with 3 rounds in 4 days and close to Keely and Werro. So it's obvious she can go much faster now
@minevian@slowencorbett02 If the conditions are good yes. She has run 1:55 in a championship with 3 rounds in 4 days, and yesterday with bad conditions. So it's obviously possible
@minevian@slowencorbett02 Because she couldn't, only Werro managed to do it, not even Keely. Anyway Bol is improving every race so if you run that race today she would have been faster
@hecenmo@theclearhead@ChrisChavez They are at their best, Werro can't run 1:53 every race. The fact that Bol runs now 1:55 every race means she can run way faster. Yesterday the conditions weren't good and she ran 1:55
@minevian@slowencorbett02 Again, after 9 races she's right there with them. It's obvious that she's in 1:54.5 shape already right now, and she would have run 1:54 yesterday if it wasn't for the ethiopian runner. And she's just learning the event. That's why it's a given that she will run at least 1:53
@MOON_WALKER6 She didn't say all that, and she didn't say that she went all out. She only said that the last 50m felt harder than the last 200 of the 800m. Here she just used the same tactic she always uses when she's in the lead
@mymanhenri@funnights74@jdaverhea@BritAthletics Again, winning against athletes that are running 4 seconds slower than her is not going to give her any more confidence than she already has. And if she didn't have a lot of confidence already, she wouldn't be running 1:55 after less than 10 races in the event
