@AmazonHelp Delivery agent cancelled the order on his own. I was chasing him and he disconnected my calls, did not deliver the product. It is now returning back to the seller.

@amazonIN Orders # 171-4945985-3492311 & # 171-9416214-3421951 were placed (with exchange) under Prime on 14 Oct with assured delivery as 16 Oct & 20 Oct. Delivery teams in Pune mismanaged both orders. No timely updates from Amazon team and they take no responsibility for this.

I want to lodge complaint for both the orders and need written response from amazon on the reason of poor delivery mismanagement and what action has been taken. Will wait for update
Also, await compensation from Amazon for pathetic experience and calling 20+ times in last 5 days.

Both phones were ordered for my senior citizen parents and had to be exchanged. I did factory reset as I received notification that order was out for delivery. However, I did not receive both the products on promised date. Worst client experience while I have Prime.
