@rapidobikeapp Booked a ride for Rs349 and the same amount was shown on my app once the ride ended. Driver’s app shows Rs414 and he respectfully demanded for the same so I paid the amount. Contacted customer care about the same but got a refund of Rs 40 for a diff amount of Rs65

I have been stopped by TP at various junctions regarding outstanding challans.
Came across situations where elderly people had to leave their resp. vehicles and walk to the nearest eseva to pay their challans.
Seems like a uniform is all you need to get exempted !
