Yes it will *probably* lead to a recession, but when the options are permanent runaway inflation or temporary recession, id choose recession any day

@primediminisher @USATODAY Banks to get money from the fed now have to pay the fed .75% more(3.75-4% total), which makes them less likely to loan out money. This makes less money flow out of the fed , so there is less overall money floating around, thus lowering inflation.
