@Results_Period I believe it is what is hot at the moment. Some of the most polarizing sport coaches and S&C coaches have got really good at dying on a hill they have created. Even if they have the pick of the litter on athletes.

@Results_Period The S&C world was probably the wrong phrase. I think we get caught in these trends that aren’t realistic to what we have in front of us. We can’t just do sprint only when most of our kids aren’t high level athletes. Not sure if that answers your question.
