Raisman said the adjustment to no longer competing is an unusual feeling, to finally be able to relax on her own time, but she is still busy traveling and speaking at events.

Raisman was a member and captain of the 2012 and 2016 United States Olympic gymnastics team. She uses her platform to promote the #MeToo movement in the hopes to end sexual abuse in youth sports.
