@MoCA_GoI Means we cannot identify who has cancelled ticket (@OfficialStarAir airline or @AdaniOneCare booking app). There is no justice to flight passengers under applicable provisions and can simply escape with generic response without any evidence.

We shared adani one app photo showing confirmed ticket which is visible in this thread and still none agree on cancellation mistake with compensation.

@AdaniOneCare @MoCA_GoI kindly intervene. Flight ticket autocancelled during boarding. @OfficialStarAir airline is saying that cancelled by travel agency @AdaniOneCare so check compensation with them. Booking partner reply as above. Justice & compensation must needed for Fraud plus haressment.

@MoCA_GoI I have received only Flight refund on 22 sept after deduction in original payment from @AdaniOneCare @Adani_One. As boarding was not given by airline for confirmed ticket then compensation must required from @OfficialStarAir. Response still not received for such fraud.

@OfficialStarAir The child was constantly crying and puked due to this. No empathy.Upon asking for proof of, they checked customer's phone for email and SMS for 45 mins rather than their system. All to pass the time till boarding. The whole airline is a fraud. #dgc #dgca #moca

@AdaniOneCare Its been 12 days now since then no conclusion action is visible from airline and booking partner which seems very slow process for customer support. Can you expedite and close by tomorrow ?
