एक ऐसा कानून बनाइए कि जो भी जातिवाद करे—चाहे कोई "ब्राह्मण मुर्दाबाद" के नारे लगाए, किसी ठाकुर का अपमान करे, किसी को "चमार" कहकर जातिसूचक गाली दे, या किसी भी जाति के खिलाफ घृणा फैलाए—सभी के लिए समान कानून और समान सज़ा हो।

और जाति-आधारित आरक्षण तथा जाति प्रमाणपत्र की व्यवस्था समाप्त कर दी जाए,
