NEW: ICE confirms to @FoxNews that their Seattle office has arrested a Kenyan illegal alien who is a current employee of the Washington State Dept. of Children, Youth, and Families, and was wearing a WA DCYF jacket at the time of his arrest.

Fox is told ICE arrested STANLEY ROBERT KUNGU MUTHEE during a traffic stop on Monday because he is a visa overstay. He first flew into the US on 2/6/2019 via a B-2/tourist visa, but never left and remained in the country illegally. Fox is told that during his ICE arrest, he admitted to being employed by WA DCYF employee and was in possession of a WA DCYF ID card.

I reached out to WA DCYF for comment, and they confirmed he's been an employee since 2024.

“This individual has been employed with the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families since Aug. 16, 2024. The individual provided the appropriate documentation when he was hired, which indicated he was authorized to work. This included a valid United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) number with no expiration date. A reminder - a work permit does not convey legal status or shield the recipient from deportation. Someone can be in the U.S. illegally, but if they file an asylum claim, they are typically eligible to apply for a work permit 6 months after filing their claim. They can work, but they are still detainable by ICE due to their unlawful status.

This illegal alien from Guinea was arrested for assaulting a police officer with a deadly weapon. Despite these violent charges, New York City sanctuary politicians refused to honor ICE’s detainer and RELEASED him back onto the streets, and he remains at large.

This is the vision of sanctuary politicians in a nutshell: the open-border policies of the Biden Administration let this criminal into our country, and then sanctuary politicians in New York released him after arresting him without notifying ICE. @DHSGov is calling on Governor Kathy Hochul and Mayor Zohran Mamdani to knock it off with these evil sanctuary policies before another American gets hurt, or worse.

EXCLUSIVE: A Dominican national who is a U.S. lawful permanent resident and has a prior robbery conviction was arrested following an ICE Homeland Security Investigations probe into suspected voter fraud in New York, according to @ICEgov.

Randy Pierre-Louis was charged Oct. 23rd with making false statements related to voter registration and visa fraud.

ICE says Pierre-Louis entered the U.S. in July 1990, was convicted of robbery in 1994 and was charged with weapon possession in 2012. He was taken to federal court in the Southern District of New York for arraignment. ICE has lodged an immigration detainer.

🚨ICE @EROHouston arrested Victor Hassiel Bonilla Oliva, a violent criminal illegal alien from Honduras, Sept. 9 who has been convicted of assault causing bodily injury. He was ordered deported by an immigration judge Oct. 2 and removed to Honduras Oct. 19.

Eduart Gomez Ochoa, a Mexican national with a rap sheet a mile long, was recently RELEASED by local officials in Minnesota. Shortly after his release, he reoffended and has been apprehended again.

@ICEGov first lodged a detainer for Gomez Ochoa in May. Minnesota officials should honor this detainer so that this serial sexual assaulter can be finally be deported.

ICE Lodged A Detainer For A Green Card Holder Who Has A Litany Of Arrests For Sexual Assault and Violence In Minnesota

Pour a coffee, cause this is a long one.

Eduart Gomez Ochoa, 28, was arrested on 10/24/26 after a two day manhunt. According to the criminal complaint, Ochoa tried to grab and drag a woman out of her apartment window but fled only after the woman kicked and screamed.

Ochoa is also charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree burglary and third-degree assault in a May incident where it is alleged he broke into an apartment and sucked on an underage girl's foot.

Ten days later, Gomez Ochoa was arrested Maplewood after two more sexual assaults where police say he snuck up on women and groped them.

Ochoa is wanted in connection to multiple other assaults and has prior charges but was RELEASED by Ramsey County on his own recognizance in September.

A senior @DHSgov official tells @BorderHawkNews that Ochoa is a "criminal alien predator" from Mexico with prior arrests for:
- Domestic abuse in violation of a protection order
- Multiple arrests for domestic assault
- Felony threats of violence
- Felony fleeing of a police officer
- Felony burglary
- Violation of a protection order
- Providing a false name
- Leaving the scene of a collision
- Dangerous weapons
- Threats of violence
- Theft
- Providing false information
- Obstruction of the legal process
- 3rd degree assault causing bodily harm
- Burglary
- Criminal sexual misconduct

Ochoa first illegally entered the United States in November 2000 and became a green card holder when he was 20 years old.

“On May 20, 2026, ICE lodged a detainer with the Ramsey County Jail following Ochoa’s arrest May 17 for burglary, criminal sexual conduct, and fleeing a peace officer, but it was lifted because the jail decided to PROTECT this criminal alien and decline the detainer."

DHS added three Chinese genetic sequencer companies to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List after determining they helped support mass surveillance in Xinjiang.

The companies helped collect genetic material used to track persecuted ethnic minorities, including people subjected to forced labor, meaning work they could not freely refuse. The action helps keep their goods out of U.S. supply chains.
