Finally on our #LTBAs shortlist we have #100TalesFromTheTokyoGhostCafe by Julian Sedgwick (@julianaurelius) and Chie Kutsuwada.

Nominated by Miss Hughes at @hghs_library, this book is a great read for those who love a scary story around a campfire.

@writerkmc @jk_rowling For our overall winner, we had to choose Libby's (Y7) wonderful foamboard signpost celebrating @Alexmilway's HOTEL FLAMINGO.

We loved Libby's attention to detail, use of colour, and recreation of the different characters - all in her own unique style.

A well-deserved win! 🏆

We've been so impressed with the entries in our @scholasticuk Book Fair competition.

Students were tasked with designing a creative signpost pointing to a location in their favourite book.

@writerkmc @jk_rowling Emma (Y9) is a huge fan of THE CHOCOLATE BOX GIRLS, celebrating the Tanberry sisters' rambling Victorian house in her design.

We loved the creative logos representing the different girls, and her lovely use of colour.

We'd certainly want to pay a visit!

Our fantastic dancers performed in our annual Dance Showcase on Monday evening.

These students continue to impress us with their hard work and dedication and it was a wonderful evening watching them perform to our @DidsburyHigh community.
