@airasia for pre-booking a meal, instead of INR426 which is what was shown on the app, my credit card was charged INR1426.
And when I wrote to the customer support, they told INR1000 is processing fee? What kinda joke is this?

My brother was fined as a ticketless traveller, and his phone confiscated by the TC at MPKT when he produced the screenshot of the tkt I had booked for him.

He couldn't even get the phone back to call me until he paid the fine- what gundaism is this?!
@RailwaySeva The ticket was opened 5 minutes back & now it is closed- paperless ticket is not valid other than on the phone is it was booked.
If geofencing is so strictly built in the app to prevent booking anywhere near a railway track, why not check the location where it is being booked?

Why is there no mention of this rule stating that this ticket is only valid on the phone it is booked from?
