It has been more than 22 hrs since a complaint was lodged, but till now no one has attended to it. Local service centre also informed and requested, but still no response. Busy in meeting!

This is absolutely a blatant lie, I have not requested this. Two full working days have passed but no solution yet. Local service head Arvind Lamba promised by evening, now pissed off, evading phone calls.
