This is a simple one-file import I use to validate environment variables
- use zod to determine the shape
- crash the app if any don't match
- patch process.env to get autocomplete

- Users select images to upload from a file input
- They're uploaded in the background to the cloud
- Then we add hidden inputs with their uploaded URL
