@DenaeDyck_ I managed to get back to the examination and to get my degree but it took years of therapy and medication to finally feel ok. It's an ongoing process but, as you said, reaching for help and having support really makes a difference.

P.S.: Loved to see "The Lady of Shalott" there.

@DenaeDyck_ It may seem odd a reply now to this tweet but in light of your story I felt the need to say that this was almost exactly my experience too: struggled with extreme anxiety and self-doubt during my PhD, but pressed forward, then I had a burnout 3 months before my final examination.
