@AskNationwide I have spoken to the company this morning & they have NO other payments pending. This is an error on your side as 5 of them payments ‘WERE NOT AUTHORISED’

@AskNationwide absolutely appalling service Due to the ‘glitch’ yesterday payments that weren’t authorised due to me having insufficient funds apparently are now pending in my account & I have to wait 7 days to claim back & are £310 out of pocket 🤬 #fuming
