To top it off, awful customer service from #crowncrestcapital. Was called by ‘recovery team’ even though no notice of outstanding balance on bill. Man on phone would not let me finish a sentence without interrupting. And cust serv line rings & rings no answer. 2/2 @enbridgegas

Well #crowncrestcapital are just the WORST aren’t they? Recovery team calling me for a bill they never even sent me, trying to charge me for a payment @enbridgegas made on my behalf from 2020! 1/2

I hope on hold music gets better… I’ve mainly used Twitter to complain publicly & hold companies accountable for injustices over the years & it usually works to get things moving. I guess if it implodes I have many more hours on hold to customer service to look forward to…! 🤣

Well, thanks @WestJet for not taking ownership of the 5hour 44min delay to my journey. No compensation because technically the plane touched down within a 3 hour window. Absolute rubbish! Generic responses do not always suffice for each individual claim. #westjet #westjetdelay

1/2 Today I was told by a @CitImmCanada agent: NO ONE has been granted Citizenship from 2020/21 applications yet & that they are 100% going in order otherwise 'that wouldn't be fair'. Any 2020/21 applicants saying they took Oath is an online 'troll'...@JustinTrudeau @rechievaldez

@CitImmCanada @lakhbir32583781 Who does have access to personal/application then? And how can we get the process moving? Surely SOMEONE should be able to enquire? I’m literally just waiting for Oath. 2 years. PR card runs out next year. Do I reapply for a new one if citizenship is taking this long???!
