Instead of buying a new car, take your old one to Glautier Auto Detailing. They took great care in ensuring every part of my car was spotless, from the exterior shine to the immaculate interior cleaning. Highly recommended local business (Joburg).

2023 was a breakthrough year for @LeopardVoyage. Our 384 clients spent almost 4,000 nights on a holiday planned by us. That is a significant milestone for us and tested our limits, and I am happy to report that each holiday ran seamlessly 😃

In 2004, I was doing better than ever financially, and my company, BrainQUICKEN, was distributed in perhaps a dozen countries. The problem? I was running on caffeine, working 15-hour days, and constantly on the verge of meltdown. My girlfriend, who I expected to marry, left me due to the workaholism.
Over the next 6 months of treading water and feeling trapped, I realized I had to restructure the business or shut it down—it was literally killing me.
This is when I began journaling on a few questions, including “What would I want to do, have, and be if I had $10 million in the bank?” and “What’s my real target monthly income (TMI)?”
For the latter, in other words: How much does my dream life—the stuff I’m deferring for “retirement”—really cost if I pay on a monthly basis?
After running the numbers, most of my fantasies were far more affordable than I’d expected.
Perhaps I didn’t need to keep grinding and building? Perhaps I needed more time and mobility, not more income?
This made me think that maybe, just maybe, I could afford to be happy and not just “successful.”
What looks like discipline often involves a carefully created environment to encourage certain behaviors.
And what may look like poor choices is often just someone trying their best to use willpower to counter their environment.
Environment determines behavior.
Your 'environment' isn't just physical. It's mental. It's not just whether you have chips in the house; it's also what you read, who you hang out with, and the stories you tell yourself on repeat.
Eventually, everyone loses the battle with their environment.
If you look behind anyone who makes consistently good choices, you'll see they are masters of their environment, not mastered by it.
Create your environment before it creates you.
Today, women from all walks of life unite to remember the courageous women marchers who protested against apartheid-era pass laws in 1956. These women paved the way for a more equal society.
Leopard is proud to be a woman-owned business that supports female entrepreneurs.
I made this video of my recent trip to Tanzania. It's no National Geographic film, but I think it gives a realistic and accessible idea of what you can expect on a Tanzania safari. Gorgeous landscapes, incredible wildlife, and lovely people!

I am so proud of this amazing team and all we have achieved together. None of it would be possible without the hard work of these women, and Rhoda-Ann who couldn't make it to the bush!
Maintenant je suis #française et sud africaine et très fière d’être les deux 🇿🇦🇫🇷
Je suis contente de faire partie de la #communauté#française dont je partage les valeurs. 🙏

Read about how Texan-bred dogs are saving rhinos in our latest blog. A fascinating story about how dogs are saving our wildlife.

Just to put it in perspective - the GDP per capita in SF was USD 289,990 in 2021 compared to SA's GDP per capita of USD 7,055. We are worlds apart, but it was so encouraging to hear how people dream of coming to Africa!

I travelled to San Francisco in March, where I hosted two events; one in the city and one in the East Bay area. It was a pleasure to meet with Leopard clients in their beautiful homes, speak with potential clients at our events and revel in this amazing city.
Disappointed with @Investec. R8,000 in forex fees on a transaction that was reversed. I got no value from those fees.
Maybe time to look at @BankZeroSA. Banking fees in SA are WAY too high - both in personal and business banking.
Outside the Twitter head office in rainy SF.
It's been interesting to be in SF during the collapse of SVB, and to stay with a startup founder during this time. Risk is everywhere as an entrepreneur, but you can't let it paralyse you into inaction.
Handcrafted gifts for the attendees of our event in San Francisco and the Bay Area are ready to be packed! Kay spent days carving these little meerkats out of jacaranda wood. They will be put into bright, African print bags, sewn by a local designer, Jessamine.
