Hello, Black Roses. We reached out to the organizer regarding the postcard distribution issue.

According to their team, representatives were assigned to the exit doors, but some areas ran out of stock due to the massive crowd leaving all at once. While they stated that supplies were eventually added, the overall rush made it easy for many fans to miss the distribution points entirely.

We understand and validate the frustration this has caused everyone who missed out. To address this, the organizer has offered to reproduce additional postcards and provide them directly to our fanbase team. We will be bringing these to our upcoming fan gathering, details of which will be announced soon, so that anyone who didn't get one can claim theirs.

While this situation could have been handled much better, we hope we can still hold onto the good memories we shared with The Rose. Moving forward, we hope this serves as a lesson learned for future events to ensure a better experience for all fans. 🌹

@project4therose @LSquaredProdPH Hi. Last night I asked a staff re postcard right sa exit ng gates sa Lbreg and they said they weren't informed about the postcard. So we went down na and tried to ask other staff, there is indeed a postcard distribution i think its near the vip(?) gates pero it was so chaotic
