I want to one day stop making speeches about how my community deserves full inclusion in this country. #DACA is not enough. I want Congress to recognize that our #HomeIsHere and pass legislation that gives us permanent protection and a pathway to citizenship. It's overdue.
👏Powerful call to action from @dianappliego:
"Our community deserves stability in the place that we call home. We deserve full inclusion & not arbitrary cut-off dates that leave out our youngest community members. We deserve citizenship & access to basic human rights."

Thank you, President Biden for your strong commitment to a permanent solution. Now, Congress must act.
#WeAreHome
Just advocated for my community with friends at @CAPimmigration, @FWDus & @CASAforall. Told @POTUS we need to a pathway to citizenship this year in the reconciliation package. #WeAreHome

🎉 VICTORY! A Brooklyn court ruled in our case with @MaketheRoadNY and @WIRACYls on DACA that Chad Wolf was not lawfully serving, and his memo was not lawfully issued. We are still reading the opinion and will provide more details soon.
Thank you to everyone who gave it their absolute all to make this happen. I know this will likely be challenged, but I continue to believe justice will prevail.

There’s a lot going on this week, and we’re working hard to defend & advance the rights of low-income immigrants.
Here are a few ways that you can get involved this week ↓ #COVID19
To all immigrant youth w/ DACA, or who have had it in the past: You have the power to decide whether to apply to renew. If your #DACA expires anytime in 2020, we recommend you consider submitting a renewal application soon. Read our new blog in #TheTorch: https://t.co/X7Z3Ni2xw9
DACA changed my life by allowing me to get a college education in the place I call home. Every door opened since would not have been possible without DACA. Grateful to my @NILC family & the countless others fighting this fight every day. #HomeIsHere
.@dianappliego is a wonderful work colleague, a dear friend, and an impassioned, courageous activist. We are so moved by her declaration in this NEW post on #TheTorch that her #HomeIsHere. We will never stop fighting alongside her. https://t.co/EMpWdcoqpY
