@SteveUrkelDude Just an update. Apple couldn’t figure it out and X doesn’t have contact info that we could find so Apple decided the best plan of action was to cancel then resubscribe. Unfortunately it takes 24-48 hours to get my refund confirmation and I can’t resubscribe until then, ugh!

@SteveUrkelDude No, I’m traveling and only have my phone. I was signed up but I lost my credit card and was issued a new one so my card was declined when it came up to be charged for another month. I had to cancel my subscription then re subscribe because there was a glitch in my Apple Pay.
