@JewishWonk We had a Christmas pageant. We sang songs such as Silent Night, which is not about Santa or lights on a tree but very much about Jesus. It was not OK. It made me not want to be Jewish. I felt “othered”.

@SwatchUS I tried calling the Broadway and Bleecker store to find out if a basic white watch band was in stock. No answer. Made the trip, no product, irritated. Employees shared corporate has banned them from answering the phones. Why the customer communication ban? Frustrated!

@united My bag missed a connection. Then it missed 3 subsequent flights. 5 hrs on the phone… now being told a 36 hr delay. I’m 1k for 8 years. Bag #4016783955. So many chances to make it right and all have been missed.

In Brooklyn, the only office providing SNAP benefits is the one below my building. The time people are forced to wait: ridiculous. Social distancing: not possible. I called the HRA; their phone line disconnected me. @NYGovCuomo this is not OK.
