@factormeals I can’t DM you because I’m not verified according to the error message I just got. I already spoke to customer service who said there was nothing to be done and that there was no record of me deactivating previously. She said there is nothing I can do except deactivate now.

I was sent a free @factormeals box to try. I wasn’t interested in continuing a subscription so I deactivated my account. I haven’t received a single email from them since deactivating. Until today when I got charged for another box! I’m pretty annoyed!
