Hamilton, the longtime pastor of one of Kansas City’s largest Methodist churches, has tried to run as a plainspoken moderate against two-term incumbent Marshall — he’s even told national Democrats to stay off his turf, telling Kamala Harris “𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦. 𝘐 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦”.

The timing could not be worse for Acton. A new ActiVote poll has Republican 𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐤 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐰𝐚𝐦𝐲 up nearly 3 points as the race tightens with Election Day on November 3 bearing down, and Acton, Ohio's former state health director, has already spent weeks fending off questions about her record instead of expanding her lead.

It wasn't a one-off. In a separate clip from the same month, El-Sayed argued the Second Amendment doesn't even protect an individual right to own a firearm —only a "𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞" 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 tied to militia service, a fringe legal theory the Supreme Court rejected in 𝘋.𝘊. 𝘷. 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘳.

Those videos are among 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟏𝟎𝟎 that CNN's KFile unit found had been quietly made private on El-Sayed's channel before he launched his Senate campaign. His team now calls the comments cherry-picked and says they don't reflect his beliefs today. He declined to directly answer when Fox's Jesse Watters asked him point blank about replacing gun rights with healthcare.

El-Sayed is running against Republican 𝐌𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 in a race recent polling has shown within a single point. Deleting the videos didn't delete the paper trail.

The Trump administration has revoked more than 300,000 visas since the 47th president took office, the New York Post reported Tuesday, citing a State Department official.

According to the Post, a quarter of the visas pulled in 2025 were for assaults or related crimes, 22% were for driving under the influence, and 7% each were for theft and substance abuse or distribution. The School District of the Chathams in New Jersey voted unanimously to settle a federal lawsuit and rescind a policy that let counselors decide “𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬/𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝” when a student asks to identify as a different gender, the Daily Wire reports.

The board approved the settlement on October 15. Under it, the district agreed it will not adopt a similar policy in the future.

It didn’t have to come to this. After the Thomas More Society wrote the district citing two recent Supreme Court decisions, board President Ann Ciccarelli said on June 15 that at least one of them did not apply to New Jersey schools. The policy stayed on the books until Moms for Liberty and the Thomas More Society sued in August.

Neither the Atlanta Dream nor the Golden State Valkyries were on the court for the national anthem before Game 1 of the WNBA Finals. Before Game 2 in San Francisco, both teams did it again, per Fox News' OutKick, then came back seconds after the song ended.

The WNBA's own rulebook says otherwise. As a Fox News segment read it out, players, coaches and trainers are to stand and line up in a dignified posture along the sidelines or on the foul line during the playing of the national anthem.

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to revive the plea deals sought by accused 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two alleged co-plotters, Mustafa al-Hawsawi and Walid bin 'Atash, according to CBS News and CNN.

The justices acted through an unsigned order with no explanation. Justice Brett Kavanaugh did not participate. The order leaves in place a 2-1 appeals court ruling that upheld then-Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's decision to cancel the deals.

Those agreements were struck with military prosecutors in 2024 under the Biden administration. In exchange for guilty pleas, the three men would have been spared execution and faced life sentences instead. Austin withdrew the deals that August.

The men have spent years trying to force the government back to that table. 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝, and capital charges remain possible. The judge overseeing the case has set a trial date of June 2028, if deadlines are met.

For the families of the nearly 3,000 Americans k!lled on September 11, 2001, this is one more step toward a trial instead of a bargain. Fox News reported the ruling on air this morning.

The CNN panel raised it while discussing concerns about Democrat Abdul El-Sayed’s ability to hold his own party’s voters against Republican Mike Rogers.

Michigan’s last Senate race was decided by just 19,006 votes. Estimates put the state’s Jewish population at roughly 105,000 to 130,000 adults, so even a modest shift could matter. Reporting from Fox News and Jewish Insider has also described Michigan Jewish Democrats circulating a letter to back Rogers, and one Lathrup Village Democrat said she was more likely to vote for Rogers than to abstain.

Not every unhappy voter will switch, and some say they’ll leave the ballot blank. But these are people who spent their lives voting Democrat, and a New York Times reporter is now saying so on CNN’s air with 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲.

Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed went on NBC and was asked point-blank about Muslim Brotherhood ties for himself or his family. Per NBC’s exchange, his answer was “𝐍𝐨.”

Then the receipts surfaced. Fox News aired posts from his half-sister, University of Chicago professor Eman Abdelhadi, first resurfaced by the Washington Free Beacon. One reads: “𝘔𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘪𝘮 𝘉𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘥.”

Another: “𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘪𝘮 𝘉𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘥, 𝘌𝘨𝘺𝘱𝘵, 𝘭𝘪𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘸, 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦.” A third describes “𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘮𝘰𝘮 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘮 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘪𝘮 𝘉𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘥𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘺 70𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦. 𝘏𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘵𝘢𝘨, 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵.”

El-Sayed has argued that Republican Mike Rogers is raising the issue to push the word “Muslim” and make voters suspicious. But the question here isn’t his faith. It’s whether 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐭 “𝐧𝐨” 𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐕 while his own family’s public posts say something different.

Rogers’ camp says El-Sayed has never disavowed the family ties. The posts are from 2012 and 2013, and the Michigan voters who will decide this Senate seat in two weeks can read every word of them.

President Trump posted a letter to “𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘐𝘴𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘭” on Truth Social, writing that it should “𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘌𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘉𝘪𝘣𝘪 𝘕𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘢𝘩𝘶 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘶𝘱𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘙𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘙𝘦-𝘌𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘴 𝘗𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘐𝘴𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘭.”

The move is a reversal. Days earlier, in a Newsmax interview, Trump declined to back any candidate. Axios reports he didn’t want to do it too soon. Israelis go to the polls October 27.

CNN notes that 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐫𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐢 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Back in 2019 he gave Netanyahu what CNN called an even bigger gift, recognizing Israel’s annexation of the Golan Heights, proof that Netanyahu could deliver for the Jewish state.

Netanyahu thanked Trump on X, writing that “𝘐𝘴𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘭 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘢 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘏𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦.” Trump also tied the stakes to Iran. Reports say he warned that if Israelis choose someone else, America would be left to handle the Iran problem, and he isn’t inclined to.

The opposition is running a different race. CNN says they’re framing the vote as a referendum on Netanyahu and the security failures before October 7, 2023, when the H∗mas-led attack k!lled more than 1,200 Israelis. Netanyahu’s answer is that 𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬.

Fox News reports that Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed once put his name on a published research paper on “interethnic mating” among Arabs. The segment aired with 15 days left before the election.

The Fox host called it a paper warning against the dangers of 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳-𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘤 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘈𝘳𝘢𝘣𝘴 and asked: “𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘳𝘶𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 2026?”

The paper itself is real. It was co-written with Columbia’s Sandro Galea and examined 21,621 Michigan births to Arab-ancestry mothers. Its abstract reports that 𝐚 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐛 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤 (odds ratio 1.18). The authors note it is an observational study that does not prove cause. PJ Media has since attacked it as racist.

Fox’s guest answered that it shows 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲: “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘤𝘰-𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘥.” El-Sayed has not been shown responding to the segment.
