I used to think losing a ngga I loved would break me. Whole time losing MYSELF trying to keep him was worse. Once I got my peace back, I realized some endings really be blessings in ugly disguises.
one thing I’ve learned about all kinda relationships is that the same red flags you ignore in the beginning always end up being the reason yall fall out in the end
Stop stressing over a man who doesn’t know how to love you properly. Pray for someone who brings peace, not confusion, and let go of anyone who keeps making you question your worth.
Going through a phase right now where I’ve finally made peace with letting things go. Feelings, people, old fears, all of it. It’s time for new beginnings, new chapters that actually bring happiness and love instead of just familiarity. It’s time to move on with my life instead of dragging the old version of it along with me.
If someone really cares about you, they’d care about how their actions and inactions impact you and make you feel…that's all you need to know about them
At this point in my life, it doesn’t matter how much I love you, how long I’ve known you, or how much we’ve experienced together. If I feel a way about your actions, I’m gracefully removing myself from your life. I can’t change anyone, and I don’t want to.
I’m noticing now more than ever how people move, and there are just certain things I no longer want to put my energy into. People do exactly what they want, regardless of your feelings, advice, or opinions.
Some people don’t notice your impact until your presence is no longer at their convenience.
