Is there any reason for the name Lucille for objects? It seems like there is an American culture reason for that. Can anyone explain or tell if there is a connection or reason for that?

Wick could have faked his death to have some peace after what happened.

If that was his death in th end that was super unnatural. It reminded of the end the Godfather 3. It felt like "Let's kill Wick even in a stupid way so that there won't be Wick 5"
