ウェットなところに外様で入って仲良くなり、成果を出して水を得た魚になるまでの時間をいかに短くできるか、最近は意思のあるカメレオン能力が随分高くなった気がする。Referralは両者をよく知っていて信頼関係があるからこそ。人脈は本当に引き継げない。有言実行、信頼の蓄積、欧米では鉄則。

I seriously admire the-very-grounded-60-yr-old-executive who’s stationed here more than 5 times and who works tirelessly for everyone…
