"Being a teacher is being asked to do the impossible year after year and our only solution is to show up every day and try our best." -Barbara from @AbbottElemABC said it best!
it's been about 2 weeks and i'm still sad & disappointed that i didn't get to live out my childhood dream of seeing @ShaniaTwain live. concert was cancelled but not rescheduled...keep hearing her songs everywhere i go
having the WORST experience ever with @Airbnb. Host canceled 2 days before our trip to Vancouver and now have to look for a hotel for the holiday weekend, which are now two, three times more than my original booking. and all @Airbnb will do is give me more credit to spend. WHAT?!
showing cross cancellation to simplify multiplying fractions sparked a long convo between my fifth graders and many lightbulbs went off...rewarding and fulfilling moment. teaching during the pandemic has def had its ups and downs, I need to hold on to moments like these
HOSPITAL HOUSEKEEPERS. THE ONES CLEANING THE ROOMS, THE ONES CLEANING THE HALLWAYS, TAKING OUT THE TRASH, RESETTING BEDS, AND JUST DOING THEIR VERY BEST TO KEEP THESE HOSPITALS CLEAN. THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH. WE SEE YOU π£
I'm thinking...
of everything I want to "start doing"
of everything I want to "accomplish"
"next year" or "in the new year"
...
why wait? why not now?
motivation I need...c'mon, Diana
