After 26 minutes on hold with @AmericanAir I was told they cannot guarantee I’ll get my bag today. So the event I flew in for I now need to go and buy everything: clothes, shoes, makeup, hair products, tools. Sigh. Thanks #AmericanAirlines

#AmericanAirlines After 2 delays I got 12 minutes to SPRINT across 3 terminals to make my connection. Not only did @AmericanAir not appear to care, my first class seat got me a bag of chips for dinner with 6 (I counted) chips in it. Thanks
